Champions League Winners: Bayern Munich

With six wins from six in the group stage, Bayern Munich mean serious business. A blend of seasoned veterans like Manuel Neuer, Harry Kane, and Thomas Mullers as well as emerging talents like Jamal Musiala and Alphonso Davies, under astute managerial guidance, the Bavarian giants are anticipated to navigate the tournament’s challenging path, exhibiting their trademark style of relentless attacking football and tactical ingenuity. The allure of lifting the coveted Champions League trophy once more beckons Bayern Munich, igniting the aspirations of their devoted fanbase and setting the stage for what promises to be an exhilarating campaign towards European glory in 2024.

Euro 2024 Winners: England

If your team has the two most in-form players in the world, it is hard to bet against them. The prospect of Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane linking up for England is a frightening thought for opposition defenses. Buoyed by a resurgence in talent, tactical prowess, and unwavering determination, the Three Lions appear poised to engrave their name in footballing history once more. Fueled by the disappointment of losing in the final to Italy in 2021, England will be doing everything possible to avoid a repeat of their defeat.

Copa America Winners: Uruguay

Without an international tournament win since 2011, this is the year that Uruguay need to break their duck. With a blend of experienced veterans like Luis Suarez and fresher talents such as Fede Valverde and Darwin Nuñez, Uruguay possesses the grit and skill necessary to navigate the tournament’s challenging landscape. Led by inspirational figures and bolstered by their relentless spirit, the team’s storied legacy and resilience on the pitch position them as strong contenders to clinch the Copa America title, igniting the hopes of their passionate fanbase for another memorable triumph.

Olympic Basketball Winners: USA

It almost feels unfair to have the USA in the Olympics for basketball. But it is incredibly fun nonetheless. The ‘Dream Team’ will consist of several of the world’s best basketball players all on one team, as the USA seek to win their fifth consecutive gold medal at the Olympics in the sport.

Premier League Winners: Liverpool

Liverpool are looking electric and they have started 2024 off with a bang, creating the most xG ever in one game by a Premier League side. They brushed Newcastle aside with a warning message to the rest of the league that they mean serious business. Having won the title in 2019/20 without the presence of fans due to Covid-19, Liverpool will want to do it traditionally and bring some footballing joy to the Merseyside streets. With Salah, Szoboszlai, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Virgil van Dijk, and Alisson all in top form, it’s looking like they’ll do it.

Premier League Top Scorer: Mohamed Salah

Despite taking a short break for the African Cup of Nations, it is looking like Mohamed Salah may very well win the Premier League top scorer award. Already with 14 goals to his name, in a thriving Liverpool side, Salah could be on track to win another Premier League Golden Boot award. Even after seven years at Liverpool, he’s still just as lethal as he was when he signed.

Player of the Year: Harry Kane

Since he joined Bayern Munich, he just hasn’t stopped scoring. He is playing like a man possessed. In 2024, Kane may finally get the praise he deserves. This will be the year when Kane finally has a medal to put in his trophy cabinet, I’m sure of it. He’s going to continue scoring goals and cement his status as one of, if not the, best strikers in the world.

NBA Champions: Boston Celtics

We’re expecting the Boston Celtics to claim the NBA Championship in 2024, with star player Jason Tatum spearheading their charge. Tatum’s exceptional talent and burgeoning skillset have solidified his stature as one of the league’s premier players. His offensive prowess, marked by an array of scoring abilities, including his impressive shooting and clutch performances, continues to elevate his standing within the NBA. Tatum’s growth as a versatile and dominant force on the court stands as a testament to his exceptional talent, making him a pivotal asset in the Celtics’ quest for basketball supremacy in the upcoming season. Jaylen Brown (23ppg) and Kristaps Porzingis (20ppg) are also pushing the Celtics towards a ring and combined with the impressive defense, the Celtics are on fire. They are currently 26-6 and don’t look like slowing down.

Super Bowl Champions: Baltimore Ravens

Quarterback Lamar Jackson will lead the Baltimore Ravens to the Super Bowl in 2024. The dual-threat QB is a lock for MVP and makes the Ravens so threatening. The Ravens, led by a dynamic roster and the exceptional leadership of key figures like Jackson, are poised to make a compelling run for the coveted NFL title. Jackson’s multifaceted skill set, characterized by his electrifying athleticism and remarkable playmaking abilities, continues to elevate the team’s performance. With a potent blend of offensive firepower and defensive resilience, the Ravens are aiming for glory on the grandest stage of American football, the Super Bowl, in their quest for gridiron supremacy.
