2024 NFL Quarterback Rankings Week 16: Bewitched, Benched, and Bewildered

The NFL had a full gamut of quarterback performances in Week 15 with some huge showings, several players were benched, a few were knocked out by injury, and I’m still bewildered by the Kirk Cousins swansong in Vegas as the Falcons look to be moving on to Michael Penix Jr.

Each Wednesday at 365Scores, we are going to rank all 32 NFL quarterbacks from top to bottom. The methodology is to start with our preseason quarterback rankings from July, which was based on a mixture of career value and emphasis on recent play. Then each week, we will adjust the rankings to account for the latest game to get a sense of which quarterbacks are performing the best in the 2024 season. Injured starters will be replaced.

Note: Many statistical references will be made to data from Next Gen Stats (NGS).

1. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

Week 15 rank: 1 (0)

It would be considered sacrilegious in Buffalo, but the Bills should really consider adding a roof to that new stadium. Josh Allen’s had some ridiculous numbers in back-to-back indoor games against NFC teams that apparently aren’t used to seeing what he can do.

The Bills are also the first team in NFL history to play consecutive games where they scored and allowed at least 42 points. They’re 1-1 in those games too, so it’s not like this is a championship formula going forward. But they got the big win in Detroit, which was really a reversal of the same game they lost to the Rams with Buffalo in the role of the wire-to-wire winning team as they took control from the first drive.

People are saying the MVP race is over as Allen has moved to -900 odds, but that’s an absurd position to take when there are three games left and someone has the stats that Lamar Jackson has in Baltimore. While Allen should be able to finish 14-3, one upset loss at the hands of the Patriots or Jets combined with a hot finish by Jackson should be enough to sway things at the end. Remember, Tom Brady blew his 2021 MVP campaign when he lost 9-0 to the Saints at home in a prime-time game. You just never know.

But the Bills are rolling, and I think the reason the offense is having so much success right now is that they are making it hard to identify on who to double and worry about in this offense. Coordinator Joe Brady is cooking, and you don’t know if the backs are going to make huge plays in the receiving game down the field as they did in Detroit, or if it’s the tight ends’ day to shine, or if Allen picks you apart with Khalil Shakir over the middle. Someone like Amari Cooper didn’t even have a target in Detroit, let alone a catch.

Meanwhile, in past years it was pretty designated that Stefon Diggs was the No. 1 target and you needed to shift your double teams and best cover players towards him. Gabe Davis was the low-percentage deep threat for big plays. They’re much more varied than that now, Allen is playing some of his best ball, and a defense that’s so crushed by injuries like the Lions had little hope of slowing them down.

But this season is far from decided as playing in 44-42 and 48-42 games every week is simply not what championship-winning teams do.

2. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens

Week 15 rank: 3 (+1)

If Lamar Jackson is going to start running more the rest of the season, we may have got a glimpse of it Sunday when he had 30 yards in the first quarter. However, he did lose a fumble on the second snap from scrimmage to sour a scoring drive. But he more than made up for it by throwing for 5 touchdowns on 21-of-25 passing for 290 yards. He also finished with 65 rushing yards as the Ravens secured the largest spread win (-16.5) this season in a 35-14 win in New York.

But let’s be real. The Ravens were expected to crush the Giants. People want to see Lamar finally break through and impressively defeat the Steelers, something he’s never done in his career and we’re in Year 7. He threw three picks in 2019 in Pittsburgh, his only win against the Steelers as a starter. While he’s been injured for a lot of Ravens-Steelers games, he’s healthy this week, and the Steelers aren’t with T.J. Watt and George Pickens both questionable to play.

Let’s see what Jackson can do against that defense this time around as the division title is on the line with Pittsburgh able to win it if they can get the upset again. If we’re going to take Jackson seriously for the Super Bowl, we need to see him win a game like this and start rewriting his bad history against the few teams he can’t seem to beat.

3. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

Week 15 rank: 2 (-1)

We’re going to talk about the ankle injury later this week in Part 4 of the LOAT series in comparing Patrick Mahomes to Tom Brady. Health will be the subject, naturally, and it’s hard to say Mahomes is the luckiest there as he’s dealing with yet another high-ankle sprain while the Chiefs have a tough schedule in must-win games to claim the No. 1 seed.

But Sunday in Cleveland was a very strange Mahomes game. The Chiefs finally were getting takeaways in bunches, something they hadn’t done all season outside of the San Francisco game, and sure enough that helped build a 21-0 lead. But Mahomes missed out on a third touchdown pass to Xavier Worthy by a matter of inches as they called it a lateral and scored it as a run instead of a pass.

But after DeAndre Hopkins dropped a deep ball on third-and-long for the third game in a row, the Chiefs really fell into an offensive funk with Mahomes trying to make a lot of deep throws and misfiring every time while taking a lot of hits. The Browns didn’t sack him, but they hit him 11 times, and obviously the last one was a bad one as it got him high and low and knocked him out of the game.

Mahomes finished 19-of-38 for 159 yards as the Chiefs were marked with a season-high 6 drops. But the better question is why were they trying to throw so deep and so often with a rare multi-touchdown lead? Especially in a game in Cleveland where left guard Joe Thuney is playing tackle against Myles Garrett. Why wouldn’t you run Kareem Hunt and Isiah Pacheco more?

Mahomes also attempted an aggressive throw into coverage on 31.6% of his attempts, the highest by any Week 15 quarterback according to NGS. That’s very unlike him as he’s usually among the least aggressive quarterbacks every week.

The Chiefs are lucky it doesn’t appear to be a severe high-ankle sprain. But it’s a tough situation with pass rushes like Houston and Pittsburgh coming up on short weeks with the Chiefs needing to win to get that top seed. We’ll just have to see if Mahomes plays or if there’s a Carson Wentz write-up coming soon here.

4. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions

Week 15 rank: 4 (0)

Jared Goff is just the second quarterback in the Super Bowl era to lead his offense to 42 points, throw zero interceptions, and get less than 50 rushing yards from his ground game. The problem is he still lost since he was facing the only other quarterback to have a game like that in Josh Allen, who did it against the 2020 Seahawks.

Detroit’s losing streak is over, but its not for the reasons you probably expected. Goff didn’t have a single turnover against Buffalo, and the Lions were 3-for-3 on fourth downs. They just couldn’t get stops on defense as they battle injuries on that side of the ball, and the running game was shut down after rushing for over 100 yards in every other game this season. They lost David Montgomery (MCL) for the season, so the pressure will be on Goff even more going forward.

I think he played a fantastic game, throwing for just shy of 500 yards. It’s not going to be a long postseason if the defense doesn’t get better than this, but at least we know the Lions can still score a ton.

5. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

Week 15 rank: 6 (+1)

I had high expectations for Jayden Daniels after getting a bye week to rest those ribs and he did not disappoint in New Orleans. Look at him hold the ball for over 8 seconds here according to NGS and create a touchdown pass to Terry McLaurin:

There was also a play where Daniels scrambled for 24 yards on a 3rd-and-14. He’s the real deal, but it would have been nice if the Commanders scored more than 20 points here. A late missed field goal opened the door for the Saints, and they almost came away with an upset.

But Daniels has probably locked up Offensive Rookie of the Year after Bo Nix and Brock Bowers did poorly in Week 15. Daniels was 25-of-31 for 226 yards and 2 touchdown passes with 66 rushing yards. He continues to be a historically accurate dual threat.

6. Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings

Week 15 rank: 5 (-1)

It was hardly Sam Darnold’s best game on Monday night against the Bears, but the numbers would have looked nice had Justin Jefferson not dropped a touchdown opportunity on the drive that ended with Darnold’s only interception, his first pick in the last five games.

But they let Darnold throw 40 passes in a game they led wire-to-wire, and the Vikings are now 12-2, the same record as the Eagles and Lions.

7. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers

Week 15 rank: 10 (+3)

Jordan Love is heating up once again as the playoffs near. He had a very clean game in Seattle with no sacks or turnovers. He was very efficient with a 123.8 passer rating, he threw two touchdowns to Romeo Doubs, and he led the team to 30 points to get their 10th win of the season.

I think this split is real, by the way:

8. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Week 15 rank: 9 (+1)

It was a wild game in Tennessee with 10 turnovers between the teams, including a couple of early ones by Joe Burrow. But he still threw for 271 yards and 3 touchdowns as the Bengals won 37-27 in a game that didn’t need to be nearly that sloppy.

But we’ll see if they can keep it going against a Cleveland team that’s had some success against them over the years.

9. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Week 15 rank: 13 (+4)

It was a very impressive showing for Baker Mayfield as he completed 22-of-27 passes for 288 yards and 4 touchdowns against a Los Angeles defense that was No. 1 in points allowed this year. He shredded them with Mike Evans, who is on the hunt for another 1,000-yard season and he did his part with two touchdowns in this one.

If Baker can just cut down the turnovers, this offense is elite and can score with anybody in the league. This was also the second time this year they topped 500 yards of offense as the running game with Bucky Irving and Rachaad White is also thriving.

10. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles

Week 15 rank: 15 (+5)

Finally, the Eagles put the Saquon Barkley MVP campaign on hold (permanently?) and let the passing game shine again. Jalen Hurts was excellent to start the game with A.J. Brown feasting on a vulnerable Pittsburgh secondary as long as you keep T.J. Watt blocked.

But with the Tush Push aiding some drives, the Eagles dominated the clock in the second half and even ran out the final 10 minutes to deny the Steelers ever got the ball back. The Eagles can absolutely go all the way and win out through the Super Bowl with this type of passing game to go along with the defense.

Challenging game up next in Washington, but you can’t discount the Eagles going 15-2 and possibly even having the No. 1 seed throughout the playoffs. With Detroit’s injuries, you have to think Hurts and the Eagles might be the new favorite to come out of the NFC.

11. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers

Week 15 rank: 7 (-4)

Justin Herbert threw an interception for the first time since September in this game, a 17-10 lead that quickly turned into a 40-17 rout by Tampa Bay. The Chargers have scored exactly 17 points in three consecutive games as Herbert is struggling to get things going with anyone not named Ladd McConkey. It’s not great news with a tough Denver defense coming in next in what could be a very important game for playoff seeding.

The Chargers (8-6) are probably not in trouble yet for the playoffs as they still have the Patriots and Raiders to close the season, but they need to start scoring more points or we’re going to see a very quick playoff exit.

12. Russell Wilson, Pittsburgh Steelers

Week 15 rank: 8 (-4)

It was always going to be a tough day for Russell Wilson in Philadelphia without George Pickens (hamstring) available. But after a completely ineffective start, Wilson got some things going and the Steelers were down just 17-13 at the half. Unfortunately, they touched the ball just twice and ran 11 plays in the second half because of how the Eagles dominated the ball. It also didn’t help that Najee Harris fumbled a perfect pitch from Wilson.

I don’t want to crucify Wilson for a performance like this when the Eagles are playing so well and hogged the ball like they did. But the Steelers better hope Pickens can return for Saturday in Baltimore, because this offense doesn’t look like it has much of a plan without him. Wilson tried to get rid of the ball the fastest he did all season, but the plays just weren’t producing much.

13. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams

Week 15 rank: 12 (-1)

Tough game to manage with the wet field and rain, but Matthew Stafford still found Puka Nacua often to get the offense moving in the fourth quarter for another comeback win in a 12-6 game. The Rams are now favored to win the NFC West, and they have a capable quarterback with a great receiving duo. Don’t expect to see Cooper Kupp go catch-less in another game this season.

14. C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans

Week 15 rank: 17 (+3)

It wasn’t a prolific game for Stroud as he passed for just 131 yards, but he threw two touchdowns to Nico Collins and watched his defense make the big stops against Miami for the 20-12 win.

The Texans (9-5) have achieved their first goal of winning the AFC South again, but they’ll get a big litmus test this Saturday in Kansas City, a game I always circled when the schedule came out, thinking this could be an MVP showdown between Stroud and Patrick Mahomes. Well, we don’t even know if it’ll be Mahomes or Carson Wentz for the Chiefs, and Stroud hasn’t lived up to the hype of his rookie year so far.

But we’ll see how he does in his first test against the Chiefs, a team that is going to stand in his way of reaching the Super Bowl with Houston.

15. Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals

Week 15 rank: 18 (+3)

It wasn’t the flashiest of Kyler Murray games against the Patriots, but he got the job done at home to end the 3-game losing streak. He was 23-of-30 for 224 yards and no turnovers. Running back James Conner paced the game with 138 yards from scrimmage and a pair of touchdowns.

You can’t count out the Cardinals (7-7) in the NFC West yet.

16. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

Week 15 rank: 11 (-5)

I’ve been a defender of Brock Purdy since 2022, but he definitely did not handle the rainy conditions well at home in a virtual must-win game against the Rams. It didn’t help that the team blew a fourth-quarter lead against a division foe for the fourth time this year, but you don’t deserve to win a game where you only score 6 points.

Then in a 9-6 game with the 49ers arguably in field-goal range, Purdy threw a deep ball that was intercepted. The Rams ran out most of the clock before sacking Purdy to end the game in a 12-6 final.

The injuries will always be brought up for why the 49ers collapsed this season, but the fact is you can’t blow that many leads to all of your division rivals in games where you played well enough despite the injuries for over 45 minutes. Purdy was let down badly in the first Rams game when they blew a lead, but this time, he takes a lot of the blame for the offense not producing.

17. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins

Week 15 rank: 14 (-3)

Tua Tagovailoa is about to complete his fifth season in the NFL, and he’s only won three games against a team that made the playoffs when the game was played after September:

Not great, Bob. Depending on whether the Rams make the playoffs this year, Tua’s record in such games could be 2-12 at best under coach Mike McDaniel since 2022. Then when the game is on the road, you might as well pencil in the loss as was the case again in Houston this past week.

Tagovailoa had been playing legitimately good football since his return, but he struggled with an elite Houston pass rush, completing 29 passes for just 196 yards – only the second game in NFL history where a quarterback had 29 completions and failed to throw for 200 yards. Steve Bono (Chiefs) had 183 yards on 29 completions in a 1995 game against the Giants.

But Tagovailoa also threw three interceptions, something he hadn’t done since that Buffalo game in Week 2 when he was concussed. He threw two picks in the fourth quarter of a 20-12 game in Houston, a game the Dolphins badly needed to win to keep this playoff push going. We should also criticize Tyreek Hill’s effort on some of those fateful targets, but Tagovailoa struggled once again in a big game.

Tale as old as time.

18. Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets

Week 15 rank: 21 (+3)

Aaron Rodgers had just three completions at halftime before throwing three touchdowns in the second half in a thrilling 32-25 comeback win that would be more celebrated if it wasn’t a battle of 3-win teams in Jacksonville.

But the Rodgers to Davante Adams connection was arguably never better in a game as Adams had almost 200 yards in the second half alone after he was blanked on the stat sheet in the first 30 minutes. He definitely pulled his weight on the day with huge YAC plays for his 41-year-old quarterback.

If only the Jets had some more games like this in them earlier this season.

19. Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks

Week 15 rank: 16 (-3)

The Seattle offense was struggling before Geno Smith left the game with a knee injury. The sacks and an interception he avoided entirely the week before in Arizona were on display in this one as the Seahawks trailed 23-6 at one point.

The good news is Smith avoided a season-ending injury and his status for Week 16 is questionable. But it’s also a fact that the Seahawks are no longer favored to win the division or even make the playoffs. With the tough Minnesota defense coming up next, this is a bad time for Geno’s mobility to be in question.

20. Bo Nix, Denver Broncos

Week 15 rank: 19 (-1)

The Broncos (9-5) have clinched their first winning season since 2016, but are we back to the “Bo Picks” stage after Nix has thrown five interceptions in the last two games? He hadn’t turned the ball over like that since the first two games this season, but he struggled against the Colts and was bailed out by some short fields and a huge defensive touchdown for a 31-13 win that was far closer than the final score suggests.

Nix will have to be much better against the Chargers and Bengals in the coming weeks if he’s going to guide this team into the playoffs.

21. Bryce Young, Carolina Panthers

Week 15 rank: 22 (+1)

There were so many poor quarterback performances in Week 15 that Bryce Young’s didn’t really stand out in a 30-14 loss at home against Dallas, the first time Young was ever favored in a game in his NFL career. It might be the last time for awhile after Young went against his solid month of play with a sloppy performance that saw him take 6 sacks and throw multiple picks.

The only reason his stats weren’t completely abysmal was an 83-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Coker before halftime. But instead of getting back in the game, Young started the second half with a strip-sack, and the Cowboys ran away with the game from that point.

22. Jameis Winston, Cleveland Browns

Week 15 rank: 20 (-2)

Jameis Winston was supposed to light up the Chiefs’ secondary the way he did Denver and Baltimore. Sure, that meant some interception opportunities for the defense, but I never thought he’d throw three picks and get benched in a 21-7 loss that has seemingly cost him the job the rest of the season in Cleveland.

The Chiefs only had 10 takeaways coming into Sunday, a historically low number for a 12-1 team. Regression was going to hit eventually, but Jameis was too charitable in this one with some poor throws to the end zone that were picked. He also gifted Trent McDuffie his first NFL interception for Christmas.

It’s an absolute shame we won’t see Winston against the Cincinnati defense in Week 16. He could have had 500 yards, 5 touchdowns, and 5 interceptions in that game. I hope Kevin Stefanski gets coal for Christmas.

23. Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons

Week 15 rank: 24 (+1)

The good news is Kirk Cousins finally ended Atlanta’s 4-game losing streak and his personal slump without any touchdown passes by throwing one from 30 yards out to Drake London. The bad news is I’m not sure what Cousins really accomplished in this ugly 15-9 win where he threw just 17 passes against a weak Vegas defense that didn’t even have Maxx Crosby to rush the passer.

Cousins’ 9.0 QBR was the second worst in Week 15, which is saying a lot in a week and game like this. I’m still not sure we won’t see rookie Michael Penix Jr. start a game this season.

I didn’t remove that last sentence, because I wrote it Tuesday morning, and sure enough, it was announced Tuesday evening that the Falcons are starting Penix this week against the Giants. The Cousins era could already be over in Atlanta after a 4-year deal worth $180 million was signed in March. I never liked the idea of drafting a rookie after they made that deal, but here we are with the Falcons desperately hanging onto playoff hopes in Year 1 of Raheem Morris’ tenure.

Good luck with that. For those curious:

I didn’t think Cousins could move in Week 1 when he faced the Steelers. But after he threw for 500 yards to beat Tampa Bay, my concern subsided for him. As the season wore on, it’s become clear that he hasn’t been a positive in most of the non-Tampa games, and he again looked old and immobile Monday night as they couldn’t rely on him to throw the ball at all. This is probably the right move for the way the season is going, but it’s still a kick to the gut to be in this spot after spending so many resources on the quarterback position this year.

24. Drake Maye, New England Patriots

Week 15 rank: 26 (+2)

The Patriots were barely ever in contention in Arizona in a 30-17 loss where they trailed 23-3 in the fourth quarter. But Drake Maye didn’t make many mistakes. In fact, I’d argue his running game sold him out on some key short-yardage carries, and his receiver turned a catch into an interception on a good throw. Otherwise, Maye finished 19-of-23 for 202 yards and he rushed for a touchdown while throwing one.

He’ll get to meet Josh Allen (his idol?) for the first time next week, and Patriots fans can only hope he eventually turns into a quarterback of that caliber.

25. Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears

Week 15 rank: 25 (0)

I’m still cautiously optimistic about Caleb Williams’ future, but there is always going to be strong takes about him since he’s a No. 1 pick who was billed as a savior for the Bears, who haven’t won a game since the Washington Hail Mary. Just look at this type of criticism leveled at him during the fourth quarter of Monday’s 30-12 loss in Minnesota:

That looks like a guy who just took a shot to the ribs and is in pain. Not some manufactured drama or laziness or someone quitting on the team. Getting hit like that hurts. He still finished the game and threw a touchdown pass after this moment.

But Williams will have a lot of development to go through to get better with a new coaching staff in 2025. He hasn’t thrown a pick in eight games, but he also takes a lot of sacks and needs to be more decisive with the ball. Maybe take a few more risks down the field instead of sacks. The Bears always seem to start poorly in the first half of games since the bye week.

26. Cooper Rush, Dallas Cowboys

Week 15 rank: 29 (+3)

Cooper Rush probably extended his NFL career with three touchdown passes in a 30-14 win in Carolina. At the very least, he’ll be the Dallas starter for the rest of this season. But Sunday was his best game this year, and it took some nice efforts by his receivers on those touchdown passes to get it done. But at least he gave them a chance and got the win despite Dallas being underdogs in that game.

27. Mac Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars

Week 15 rank: 28 (+1)

Mac Jones was looking to stay undefeated against the Jets, but he couldn’t hang in a fourth-quarter shootout with Aaron Rodgers despite those stellar throwback uniforms the Jags wore. However, fans also couldn’t stop talking about how cocky Jones acts despite his career being a failure to this point.

When it came time to lead a game-tying drive in the final minute, Jones reminded us why he is 3-15 at fourth-quarter comeback opportunities:

28. Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts

Week 15 rank: 27 (-1)

To be fair, Anthony Richardson was not responsible for the two season-defining, embarrassing plays the Colts had in their 31-13 loss in Denver. First, Jonathan Taylor dropped the ball early on what should have been a 41-yard touchdown run to give the Colts a 20-7 lead. Then, a trick play turned into a disaster when rookie Adonai Mitchell’s slow toss was picked off for a return touchdown by the Denver defense.

But as you might expect in Denver against a decent secondary, Richardson struggled to throw the ball. He finished 17-of-38 for 172 yards with a pair of picks. Still, it was probably a game the Colts should have won, but it’s exactly the game that shows this era with coach Shane Steichen and Richardson at quarterback probably isn’t going to work out to bring them back to the forefront of the AFC or even just the AFC South.

29. Desmond Ridder, Las Vegas Raiders

Week 15 rank: N/A (Aidan O’Connell was No. 30)

It would have been comical to see Desmond Ridder defeat his former team in prime time, but he didn’t even have a completion to a wide receiver until the final half of the fourth quarter. Throw in a quiet night for tight end Brock Bowers, and I’m not sure what the Raiders and Falcons were trying to accomplish Monday night with the passing game.

But Ridder’s Hail Mary was intercepted in the end zone to end the threat, and the Raiders have lost 10 games in a row for the first time since 2014. It sounds like Aidan O’Connell could return to action as he was close this week, but at this point, the Raiders are just trying to get Bowers some rookie records and maybe not get Antonio Pierce fired. But it’d probably be best if they moved on from him for 2025.

30. Tommy DeVito, New York Giants

Week 15 rank: N/A (Drew Lock was No. 32)

Tommy DeVito didn’t last long against the Ravens after he left the game with a concussion. Tim Boyle finished the game, and that had to make anyone who bet Ravens -16.5 (the largest spread this season) feel good about their bet as Boyle has been awful in his football career, and I’m including college in that when he threw 1 touchdown to 13 interceptions at Connecticut in 2013-15.

Only three games to go, Giants fans. Three to go.

31. Jake Haener, New Orleans Saints

Week 15 rank: N/A (Derek Carr was No. 23)

It wasn’t hard to predict the Jake Haener era might not last long after the second search result for his name has “zesty” after it thanks to the photoshoot he did before the season:

But before you could even fire off a joke about him taking sacks willingly, he took three of them on 13 pass plays against the Commanders. Throw in a pick and it was a quick benching for rookie Spencer Rattler, who at least gave the offense some spark in a comeback attempt.

It probably should just be Rattler going forward unless Derek Carr tries to play again this season with his fractured left hand.

32. Will Levis, Tennessee Titans

Week 15 rank: 31 (-1)

Well, it appears the Will Levis era could be over in Tennessee. He was benched after an abysmal performance at home against a bottom-tier Cincinnati defense, and now it appears coach Brian Callahan is benching Levis this week in favor of Mason Rudolph, who relieved Levis on Sunday and has looked better in running the offense in 2024.

Levis threw three interceptions on just 12 pass attempts while also losing a fumble. It’d be one thing if he had turnover issues and still moved the ball very well like Jameis Winston or Nick Mullens, but he’s not even good at doing that, and he hasn’t been helping the team score points.

With a low investment from the previous coaching staff on Levis, it looks like the Titans should be major players in the 2025 quarterback market.
